Okay, Patrick, you caught up on these two posts. The first on the K & P quote is commendable, if not excellent. You relate the quote to what we have discussed in class though you do not relate it to a personal experience with a leader. This post poses some good questions but does not hint at who your candidates for interviewing would be, which was an element of the content expected from the question.
